Everyone at Mobile Week Girona

The second edition of Mobile Week Girona took place in Girona on 20 and 21 February. With a program rich in proposals that bring together different aspects of the technological field, it focused on a week dedicated to digital technology. Mobile Week had "the goal of being inclusive and inclusive, it offers spaces for reflection, inclusive debates and participatory activities open to everyone."

"Digital technology must spread to all citizens, reduce the digital divide and involve everyone in knowledge and science," said the organization. "We want to show how technology and mobility promote the social inclusion of everyone."

Following the philosophy of Mobile Week, TOTHOMweb has been able to contribute our vision and make it feel that accessibility is a prerequisite for digital content to reach everyone.

The La Mercè Cultural Center has hosted the exhibition ‘Capacities and preparations’, which has told us about different issues that work as tools so that everyone can have access to technologies. And David Sabaté, CEO of TOTHOMweb, has participated in the space-workshop ‘Content accessible to all people’ where it has been possible to show in a practical way how people with different disabilities access an application or a website.

From Tothomweb we are very happy to have participated in Mobile Week Girona. We want to emphasize the importance of accessible digital technologies in the context of an inclusive proposal, such as what technology should be.
